Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using VoxFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use VoxFlow.

The Service

VoxFlow is a macOS menu bar application that converts voice input to text. It includes optional AI-powered text enhancement using third-party language models. The service requires a macOS computer with microphone access.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single person and may not be shared. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

VoxFlow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal or from within the VoxFlow app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use VoxFlow for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Circumvent usage quotas or rate limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended interface

Intellectual Property

QnA Sverige owns all rights to the VoxFlow software, including its design, code, and branding. You retain full ownership of any text content you create or process using VoxFlow.

Privacy

Your use of VoxFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VoxFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. QnA Sverige does not guarantee the accuracy of speech recognition or AI-enhanced text output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QnA Sverige shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can stop using VoxFlow and delete your account from within the app. QnA Sverige reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, all server-side data is permanently removed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the VoxFlow app or website. Continued use of VoxFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
